Blogs & Wikis

To maintain our community's purpose, we ask that all blogs and wikis posted on KPDHA be directly related to KPDH or the community. This includes all forms of content, including art, cosplay, roleplay, and more. While we encourage members to express their creativity and showcase their talents, it is important to ensure that all content is relevant to our community! Please note that simply including an image of KPDH characters does not automatically make a post related to the show. The content of the post itself must be directly related to KPDH or the community for it to be on topic for our community. If a post is off-topic or unrelated to the show or community, it will be disabled until the issue is resolved, or deleted altogether. All posts made to the public feed must be at least three complete sentences long. This helps maintain a meaningful, engaging feed and prevents low-effort content from pushing down higher-quality posts. The three-sentence minimum applies to all feed content, including blogs, roleplay requests, edits, art posts, etc., but does NOT apply to wall posts or friends-only wikis.Roleplay requests are welcome in the feed but must be detailed enough to encourage responses. Include your preferred genres, pairings, fandoms, literacy level, boundaries, and contact method. Low-effort posts like “who wants to RP?” may be removed. NSFW roleplays are not allowed in the feed under any circumstances.Leaving blogs will generally be disabled as they send a negative message or are made for the purpose of attention seeking. This includes basically all leaving blogs. You should instead message your friends and give them a way to keep in touch or write in your bio that you’re leaving.

Chatrooms

All public chatrooms must have visible, written rules within 24 hours of being created. These should clearly outline acceptable content, behavior expectations, and any specific themes. All Public Chat Hosts and Co-hosts are encouraged to be listed in the chat’s description so staff and members can identify who should be actively moderating the chat. If you are in this list then it is your job to moderate the chat and enforce the guidelines. If a chatroom remains inactive for a period of 7 days, an inactivity notice will be sent to the chat's creator. If the chat activity does not increase after another week the chat room will be disabled. Even if the chatroom does not receive an inactivity notice, it will automatically be disabled after 14 days of inactivity unless it is an official chat brought by the staff team.If a chatroom is disabled due to inactivity, it can be re-enabled once upon request. However, chats that were disabled due to guideline violations may not be requested for re-enablement at all.If a member says something and then deletes the message to avoid getting in trouble, the staff has the right to moderate the deleted message based on other members' reactions. This is to avoid loopholes within the guidelines. For example, a user deleted a sticker Other members: “Omg, you did not just send that!” “Better hurry and delete before you get banned!!” If you do not want to receive moderation based on someone else’s response, then do not delete messages in public chats. Sadly, we cannot see what was deleted, so it has to be done like this.We allow 18+ chatrooms in this community, with direct Leader approval, as a space for more mature conversations and topics that may not be appropriate for younger members. The “18+” label refers to the expected maturity level of discussions, not permission for sexual or explicit content. All 18+ chatrooms must be clearly labeled, require members to state their age upon joining, and remain under direct staff supervision. While members may engage in more mature or serious discussions, sexually explicit content, nudity, or pornographic material is strictly prohibited. These rules apply equally across all areas of the community, regardless of whether a chat is marked 18+ or not. Any content deemed sexually explicit or otherwise inappropriate will be removed, and members will receive a verbal warning or further action depending on severity.

Voice Calls & Notes

Voice notes and calls are subject to the same rules as messages in this community. This means that any inappropriate or rule-breaking content, including but not limited to harassment, hate speech, personal information sharing, and NSFW is strictly prohibited. Additionally, minors are required to follow the same guidelines as other forms of communication, including not sharing identifying information or inappropriate content. Please keep these rules in mind when using voice notes on this platform.Additionally, voice calls are subject to moderation in the same way public chats are. If a member says something during a call that implies inappropriate or rule-breaking behavior, staff have the right to take action based on the context and reactions of other participants. For example, a comment like “Staff is here, make sure it’s PG-13” suggests that the conversation was not PG-13 before staff joined and may result in warnings, strikes, or the chatroom being disabled. Members should be mindful of their words and avoid implying behavior that violates community guidelines.

Spamming

Spamming in posts, blogs, or chatrooms is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: sending repeated messages or posts in a short period of time, excessive tagging of members or staff, posting off-topic or irrelevant content repeatedly, advertising without permission, and posting low-effort or filler content solely to gain attention. Posting more than three posts per day or failing to allow at least one hour between posts may also be considered spam. Any actions intended to flood, disrupt, or overwhelm the community will be considered spamming.Any actions intended to flood, disrupt, or overwhelm the community will be considered spamming.Members found spamming may face warnings, removal of content, strikes, or permanent bans depending on the severity and frequency of the offense. Staff reserve the right to take immediate action to protect the safety, comfort, and order of the community. Reporting suspected spam to staff is encouraged to ensure it is addressed quickly and fairly.

Themeshops

If a creator requests credit, it must be given by linking their profile on your blog, bio, or wiki where their work is used. Watermarking is both allowed and strongly encouraged as the most effective way of protecting work. Customers cannot demand that watermarks be removed; they may ask, but the creator does not have to comply. Watermarks cannot cover more than 25% of a theme, and if they do, customers have the right to ask for a resize. Creators should place watermarks so they are visible but not overly distracting, and in areas where they cannot be easily cropped out.Buying a theme or edit allows you to use it, but you cannot repost it as your own, resell it, gift it to someone else, or transfer it to another account without the creator’s explicit permission. Purchased work is for personal use only.We now have clear baseline prices for non-verified theme makers to ensure fairness and consistency across the community. The rates for non-verified theme makers are:
• 5 coins for a non-frame PNG
• 10 coins for a frame PNG or non-frame GIF
• 15 coins for a frame GIF
• 20 coins for a complex PNG
• 25 coins for a complex GIF, collage, or pixel
• 40 coins for edits
• +5 coins custom simple frame
• +10 coins custom simple frame
Verified theme makers may charge more than these amounts, but these baselines prevent overcharging and create transparency.
All prices for themes must be clearly communicated and agreed upon by both the thememaker and the purchaser before any work begins or the theme is sent. Thememakers are responsible for setting and sharing their own prices upfront, rather than leaving it to the purchaser to decide what to pay. This agreement should happen prior to the start of the commission to ensure both sides understand the cost and avoid misunderstandings later on. Once a price has been agreed to, it should not be altered after the theme is completed or delivered, unless both parties consent to a change beforehand.Ghosting happens when either side fails to follow through, a creator who takes payment and does not deliver, or a customer who receives a preview and does not pay. To avoid this, creators and customers must agree on a timeline for completion before work begins, so both sides have clear expectations. After that agreed deadline, creators have a 3-day buffer period to finish the work unless they have already communicated another timeline extension. Customers must pay within 5 days of receiving the preview. Failing to deliver or failing to pay within these timeframes is considered fraud. Reports must include screenshots, dates, a link to the profile involved, and a summary of what happened. The first offense results in a verbal warning and a strike, and repeated offenses will result in a permanent ban. Compensation may be provided for scams, but only if the price agreed upon was within fair and reasonable limits.Creators and customers must be upfront about how long work will take before the process begins. If delays arise, creators are required to communicate before the original promised deadline and provide a new estimate. A one to two day grace period is allowed beyond the timeline, but only if communicated ahead of time. This ensures both creators and customers feel respected and not pressured during the process.
